How to request deletion

1. Send an email to ReverseAuction@unanu.com with the subject “Delete my account”.
2. Send it from the email address registered on your account, and include your company name and registered phone number so we can verify the request.
3. We will confirm the request and complete the deletion within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email when it is done.

You can also ask your JK Paper plant representative to raise the request on your behalf.

What is deleted

• Your profile — name, email address, phone number and login credentials.
• Business documents you uploaded (GST, PAN, agreements, bank details, insurance certificates).
• Your notification history (email and WhatsApp delivery logs).
• Your account itself — you will no longer be able to sign in.

What is kept, and for how long

Transactional business records — loads posted, bids placed, awarded loads, penalties and related financial records — are part of JK Paper’s statutory business books and are retained for up to 8 years after the transaction, as required by Indian business and tax record-keeping laws. These records are unlinked from your deleted profile wherever possible and are kept only for legal and audit purposes. Standard server request logs (IP addresses) are retained for up to 90 days for security, then deleted automatically.
