JK Paper Logistics

This platform (“JK Paper Logistics”, the “Service”) is a logistics reverse-auction system operated for JK Paper Ltd. by Unanu. It is a business tool used by invited shippers, transporters and administrators to post freight loads, invite vendors and place competitive bids. This policy explains what information the Service collects, why, and how it is handled. It applies to the website and to the Android application, which is a wrapper around the same website.

Information we collect

• Account information — name, business email address, phone number, company name and role, provided when an account is created for you or when you register.
• Business documents — documents such as GST, PAN, agreements, bank details or insurance certificates that transporters or administrators upload for verification.
• Operational data — loads posted, bids placed, awarded loads, penalties and related activity generated by using the Service.
• Technical data — IP address and standard request logs used for security, rate limiting and troubleshooting.

The Service does not collect device location, contacts, photos or any data from your device beyond what you enter into it.

How we use information

• To operate the auction workflow: matching loads to transporters, running bids and awarding loads.
• To send operational notifications about loads and bids by email and WhatsApp to the contact details on your account.
• To verify transporter credentials and maintain platform security.
• To produce operational reports for JK Paper administrators.

Information is never sold, and is not shared with third parties except the service providers used to deliver notifications (email and WhatsApp Business messaging) and host the Service.

Data retention and security

Data is stored on servers located in India and retained for as long as your organisation uses the Service, or as required for business records. Access is restricted to authenticated users of your organisation and platform administrators. Connections are encrypted with HTTPS/TLS, and passwords are stored only as salted hashes.

Your rights

You may ask for your account information to be corrected or your account to be deactivated, and you may request a copy or deletion of the data held about you, by contacting the platform team at the address below. Requests are honoured unless the data must be kept for legitimate business or legal record-keeping. See Delete your account for the exact steps and retention details.
